Since becoming a Licensed Surveyor in 1976, Mr. Levy is very familiar with the needs of southern Mississippi and in particular the needs of Hancock County. Since starting Duke Levy & Associates in 1989, Mr. Levy has been directly involved in numerous sewage treatment and collection projects in Hancock County. Over the past 40 years, he has been responsible for over 7000 surveys and elevation certificates.

​Duke Levy & Associates is a surveying/consulting engineering firm, which uses its many years of experience to enhance its professional land surveying. The firm's lead Professional Land Surveyor, Duke Levy, has over 40 years of experience in the land surveying field, having performed and directed all types of surveys, such as construction surveys; boundary surveys; topographical surveys; subdivision surveys; and utility route surveys. Because of our experience as professional land surveyors and engineers, Duke Levy & Associates, offers innovative approached to the challenges faced in the site surveying through knowledge of advanced technological programs and equipment, providing the most accurate computations and measurements possible.
The technologically advanced land survey equipment Duke Levy & Associates uses includes Electronic Total Stations and GPS equipment. This equipment combines with electronic data collection into one system for faster, technically more accurate surveying. With the use of GPS equipment in conjunction with AutoCAD and appropriate civil/surveying software, Duke Levy & Associates provides AutoCAD based drawings and email records of surveys and interrelated elements. These surveys can be layered to create specific reference drawings and database presentations.​
